I couldn't have asked for a better service if I tried. The website clearly asks you to measure your dog's neck and I still managed to get it wrong. With just two days before Christmas I reached out to the owners of Tucker & Co (who I thought lived locally to me) in the hope they would swap the collar over for a smaller size. Unfortunately, they no longer lived nearby but were due to visit the area the next day. (Christmas Eve) Going over and above what you would ever expect from anyone, they 'hand delivered' the correct collar and lead. They were unbelievably helpful and friendly; I wish this family business all the very best. They clearly feel passionate about their products, as they should be, as the collar and lead are beautifully made and extremely sturdy. I particularly love the handle that is stitched into not just the collar, but on the lead too. Thanks guys for going over and above on Christmas Eve!
